Cancellations and refunds
This policy applies to fees paid directly to ServeMind for learning programs, workshops and related services unless different written terms were provided before registration. Those program-specific terms will apply where they differ from this general policy.
Cancellation by a learner
To cancel a registration, send us a written request before the scheduled start date. A request received before the program begins may be eligible for a refund after deducting any registration, administrative, payment-processing or third-party charges disclosed at the time of enrolment.
After a program has started
Once a program has begun, or digital materials, platform access, mentoring, workshops or other substantial services have been provided, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by ServeMind in writing.
Cancellation or rescheduling by ServeMind
ServeMind may reschedule a class, workshop or program when reasonably necessary. If ServeMind cancels a paid offering and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, eligible fees paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded. We will contact affected learners using the details supplied during registration.
Duplicate or unsuccessful payments
If your account is charged more than once for the same payment, or is charged for a transaction shown as unsuccessful, contact us with the transaction reference. We will verify the payment with the payment provider and arrange any refund that is confirmed as due.
How to request a refund
Email sakkulan@servemind.ai with the learner's name, program or service, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed against the terms communicated at registration and the services already supplied.
Refund processing
When a refund is approved, ServeMind will confirm the amount and processing details. Refunds are ordinarily returned through the original or another appropriate payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear may also depend on the bank or payment provider.
