ServeMind respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we may collect when you contact us, enquire about a program, make a payment, use our website or engage our services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, location, qualification, course or service interests, messages you send us, payment purpose, amount, invoice or learner reference, bank transaction reference and basic technical information generated when you use the website. ServeMind does not collect your UPI PIN.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, process applications, provide program and service information, create and reconcile payment requests, manage registrations, prevent fraud, improve our offerings, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Payment processing
Online course payments are processed on ICICI Bank Payment Gateway's hosted checkout. We share your name, contact details, payment amount and transaction reference with ICICI to initiate and verify payment. Card details, OTPs and UPI PINs are entered on the payment provider's pages, not collected by ServeMind.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use essential storage, cookies and analytics tools to keep the site functioning, understand how it is used and improve its performance. You can control optional cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some features.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with payment processors and other service providers where necessary to operate our services or where required by law. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
